Professional Performance Clinic - 8-16 hours

The Professional Performance Clinic is designed to support law enforcement agencies and armed security organizations through practical, collaborative firearms instruction focused on sustaining and enhancing professional performance.
Developed by a current law enforcement professional with experience instructing both civilian and professional audiences throughout Utah, this clinic is informed by years of teaching, qualification preparation, and participation in the continued development of agency firearms training programs.
Train Act Defend works alongside your instructors, supervisors, and leadership to complement existing policies and qualification standards—not replace them. Curriculum can be tailored to your organization's equipment, operational responsibilities, and training objectives.
Training topics may include:
Qualification preparation and sustainment
Refinement of marksmanship fundamentals
Red-dot specific drills
Reloading techniques and malfunction management
Target transitions and accountability standards
Effective use of shot timers and measurable performance metrics
Utilization of cover and operating around vehicles
Deliberate practice strategies for continued development
TacMed and wounded rescue techniques
Pistol and/or rifle applications based on organizational needs
